Our Approach

A more considered perspective.

Exceptional places deserve an exceptional point of view.

Philosophy

We believe a home is understood slowly — through the way morning light crosses a stone floor, the sound of the sea from a terrace, the shade of a pine at midday.

I

Architecture

We look first at how a house is made: its proportions, its materials, the way it receives light. A residence earns its place in the collection through the integrity of its design, whether a Belle Époque domain or a house of concrete and stone.

II

Location

A view, a cove, a hillside of olives. On the Riviera, setting is inseparable from the home itself. We consider orientation, privacy and the quality of the surrounding landscape as carefully as the rooms within.

III

Discretion

Exceptional homes are rarely shown widely. Each residence is presented with restraint, and every conversation is held in confidence, at the pace our clients prefer.

IV

Curated living

A small collection, chosen with intent. Rather than offering everything, we present a few homes that each express a distinct way of living on this coast.
